They recently switched to appointments only, and I truly appreciated that with my first visit with a new pet. Not knowing how he would interact with other pets, the waiting room was empty. When he started getting fidgety, they offered for us to go into a room to settle him down. I have had nothing but good experiences here (even on our worst days as pet parents).

I love this animal clinic for my two babies. The staff is so good with them. I have a 10 yr old AmStaff and a 3 yr old Pit. I’ve been with them for almost 5 yrs. I wouldn’t take my babies anyway else.

I have been bringing my dogs to Elmhurst Animal Care for years. They recently switched to an appointment-based practice from being a walk-in clinic and it seems ok. They have gotten really good about following up after visits. I also really like their use of the PetPage app to get prescription refills.

My visit was excellent. I only waited a short period of time for my pet to be seen without having an appointment. Dr. Tomczak was thorough and very informative. Her nurse assistant was very warm and friendly and welcoming. The whole process was excellent.
